The ProGrad Hire Platform is an application designed to help the internal team and our clients keep proper track of all the applicants who registered in any of the drives organized by my company. The ProGrad Hiring platform is a very powerful tool to track and modify an applicant's status based on their assessments.
B.Productive is an application designed to focus on an individual's overall development, which will help the user maintain time-bound schedules, track habits, retrospectively review each day, and avoid distractions while focusing on his prioritized tasks.

Ayush is an amazing product designer, I’ve had the pleasure of knowing him for more than 3 years now. In college, we worked together under the same tech team, Gen-Y, of which Ayush later turned out to be the new Head, because of his skills and leadership qualities, he has the energy to make things happen. He expresses his ideas and creativity like no one else, his unique ideas have given projects strength and wow-factor many times. I've seen his growth and progress as a product designer, he always emphasized on the importance of user-centric approaches in design processes and designing practical user interfaces. He never hesitate to go back to the basics whenever required. Ayush's learning curve when it comes to new technologies is very fast and he's open to experiment. I've known him personally, he's a very empathetic & thankful person. I know that he'll go places.
I had the pleasure of working with Ayush on various projects as a part of Gen-Y. Ayush is very creatively inclined and great at coming up with efficient design solutions. His problem-solving skills are extremely impressive and he is always looking for new challenges to take on. He goes out of his way to help and guide his peers, and his feedback is always very insightful. He would be an exceptional addition to any team!
Ayush's ability in UI/UX designing is quite impressive. He is a good team player and knows how to handle pressure situations. He never hesitates to help his team members. Even I participated in many hackathons / ideathons with him and he did splendid work in those competitions. Ayush puts in great efforts to the task he is assigned to. He can surely bring a lot of innovative and creative ideas to the table. I wish him best of luck for his future goals.
I have worked closely with Ayush to run Gen-Y. He was an amazing team lead and was always looking for new things to be introduced in the team. He faced all the challenges head on and successfuly implemented. He displayed outstanding leadership capabilities and guided all the members in the team admirably. I believe he will be an invaluable asset to any team.
